Patric S. Zimmer, President and Founder
Patric Zimmer founded Development Advisors in 1996 after leading a variety of successful public sector economic development programs; earning the Certified Economic Developer designation during his tenure. Patric has had extensive involvement in commercial real estate including management of a successful real estate investment fund active primarily in the Southeast. He received his Bachelors degree from Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He speaks regularly on the subjects of entrepreneurship and business leadership.
