Rodney Hughes
Rodney Hughes has extensive experience in business and economic development. Following his professional football career, Rodney founded Spectrum Graphics/Ntegrate Media, a full-service digital media and design company, which he managed and grew successfully over the course of a decade. Rodney also served the governor of Tennessee as assistant commissioner of the state’s Department of Economic and Community Development. He played a prominent role in the state’s most important economic development initiatives including the growth and retention of existing industries, minority business development and technology programs. He later served as a business territory manager for the Buxton Company, an industry leader in customer analytics and site selection technology. Rodney received his Bachelor of Science in Aviation from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.
