Step 1: Project Summary

Step 2: Location Analysis & Community Cost Analysis
In the absence of well-defined geographic preferences, our location and community cost analysis establishes an intermediate list of potential location solutions. Additionally, the analysis helps eliminate potential fact-finding biases allowing your location solution to withstand the scrutiny of executive management and project teams, board members, shareholders, employees or even the public at-large. A variety of factors are considered depending on the project and business priorities.
Step 3: Detailed Assessment
More critical location assessments increase the level and sophistication of analysis. The effort is intended to reduce the intermediate list of location solutions to a competitive short-list. Field work is initiated to strengthen preliminary site analysis, prove concepts and uncover competitive intelligence at the "street level" that's relevant to the project. Incentive negotiations are initiated in earnest. Specific properties (sites and/or buildings) are evaluated.

Step 4: Final Selection
Final Selection involves the most highly refined level of assessment and typically includes in-depth negotiations on property and incentives. Agreements are ultimately finalized and documented, leading to an official announcement.
